Would really appreciate some advice. How would a judgement mortgage of €30,000 against my husband who has no assets impact on the family home? As there are no assets, we have been told that a judgement mortgage will be put on our home. The folio is in my maiden name and mortgage is in both our names. We have six children and I am really worried. Thank you.

Contact your solicitor as a matter of urgency. Give him/her full details of all correspondence received. Sorry, cannot give legal advice here. Best of luck.

Contact a solicitor immediately and get proper legal advice, perhaps MABS also
