    Looking for advice I’m currently finding it very hard to find a holiday destination for 2 adults 1 child 8 years old looking for somewhere very quiet near a beach and super market
    Budget ok
    Please help

    Matagorda in Lanzarote might suit. It's between the airport and Puerto del Carmen with a wide range of accommodation to suit most budgets.

    There's plenty of choice with a good selection of restaurants and two supermarkets in the commercial centre as well as more restaurants along the seafront as you walk towards Los Pocillos.

    It's much quieter there than in the main resort, but it's close enough that you can pop into PdC for about €5 in a cab.
