Nuisance calls from German "mobile" numbers

Over the past week I've been getting lots of dropped calls from what look like mobile numbers, all beginning with +49 176 570XXXXX, except for one which was +49 176 319XXX825. I'm almost certain it's a scam, so I've no intention of calling them back. Has anyone else had the same problem? Any suggestions on what can be done…

Has anyone else had the same problem? Any suggestions on what can be done to identify these and to stop them, bar adding 100,000 numbers to my blocked list?

With a stock dialler that works, on some phones it may not be available.
