    Hi
I see Lidl have these https://www.lidl.ie/en/special-offers.htm?articleId=7925

    €40,cheap as chips.
Anyone confirm that you can use them for noise canceling without listening to music? And would they be any good for use at work, in an open office?

I borrowed a pair of Bose, which blew me away. I know these wouldn't be anywhere close but are they any good at all?
    Cheers,
    Pa

They seem to be active noise cancelling and have a little battery pack on the cord. In that case they'd work without music once they're powered. The seal should be good because of the tips being right in your ear canal.
