    Hi there,

Im currently thinking about applying for the following master course in the University of Limerick: Information and Network Security MEng, and want advice from students who are enrolled or have completed this degree. I am currently in the final year of my IT management degree in carlow and currently wantto proceed with my studies into the area of IT security as I am currently not happy of what my current course has led to as it is to generalized and has not met my needs as a student, and want to complete a masters in this chosen area to further enhance my qualification.

What is entailed in the thesis/project?
Would you recommend choosing this degree and the area of which is focuses on?
I dont have much experience with programming would I be able for the software modules.
    Is it an enjoyable degree?
Is the content covered beneficial and up to date?

    Thanks.
