What the sequence of trim levels in Ireland for Toyota's?

I've seen Sol, Luna and some other one mentioned...what's the basic, middle and top spec?

    (aura/terra)strata, luna, sol

In recent years they have added luna sport as well and s higher spec sol as well afaik.

Aura is slightly higher spec than terra usually. Some models don’t have terra.

There is logic to it in a way.

    Ground, atmosphere, stars, moon, sun

    And of course moon sport.

I see a 'Business Edition' listed now as well, with no mention of any of the other names.

Business edition would probably be a 5 Seat Land Cruiser crewcab?

Business Edition is a special edition UK trim Avensis, Prius and Auris. Sits midway between the Irish Luna and Sol trims here and aimed at the fleet market.

I see it listed on cars in Irish dealerships, so these must be imports then?

    Most likely.

Think the business editions are usually the lowest CO2 emissions version with extra kit to tempt company car buyers.

Jesus Colm only thinking about you yesterday it's exactly 6 years since I bought the Avensis of you!

I've a business edition Auris. It doesn't have the auto wipers or couple of the other top spec things the Excel version had. I imported it from UK last year.

Business Edition is a UK spec.

In Ireland the trim levels are Terra, Aura, Luna, Luna Sport and Sol (except for the Yaris, where Luna Sport is above Sol). There used to be an 'E' trim, which was below Terra, and Strata, which was between Aura and Luna. At one point there was a Lounge, which was above Sol, but that was for the Yaris only.

Thanks Capt....don't think any more discussion is needed here, that explains it all perfectly.

Visually hard to tell the difference between some say an aura and strata spec avensis look identical outside.
