Online Order Turn Around

    I placed on order online this afternoon 18th March (roughly 4pm). I immediately got the message that I would receive an email 'shortly'. I haven't about 2 hours later, the money has been taken from my account and no order number.

    I tried contacting the chat department and was told to contact some email dept. and then wait for their answer.

    Wondering how long a web order usually takes as I can't find the answer anywhere.
