I'm curious about the fees/grants situation for this?

I have an undergrad level 8, and want to do - another bachelor's degree in a totally different discipline, in a different country.

It's been 10 years since I graduated initially.
    My income is breadline currently.

    Any here have insider knowledge?

Or recommend the best place in enquire?
    Citizens info or such?

Is there a grants specific website?

You need to check with the country abroad where you plan on studying.

If I were to be given a grant - I'm sure it would be from Ireland, no?

The country would be the Netherlands.
