Had some minor work carried out on my BMW f10 recently under warranty. I had a damaged undercarraige cover replaced. When I collected the car I noticed that all my settings on the i drive had been reset and saved phone numbers/ radio stations were gone. Had some minor work carried out on my BMW f10 recently under warranty. I had a damaged undercarraige cover replaced. When I collected the car I noticed that all my settings on the i drive had been reset and saved phone numbers/ radio stations were gone.

Didnt bother me too much but yesterday my wife turned on the passenger seat heating and it wouldn't work. Drivers one is fine. Blown fuse or element? Anything to do with the loss of profiles and settings in i drive? Looks to me like battery was disconnected for whatever reason.
