Wall dog flap

Looking to install a dog flap for a small dog in a wall, woud like to hear if anyone has a recommendation. I'm worried that following the dog flap sixe guides mean that with a tunnel through the wall i might end up with something too small for my dogs. My wall thickness is about 385mm I reckon. thanks.
