Sounds to me like u have a air leak. As in a vacuum leak. Quite simple to track down. This would also give u your high lambda reading

Thanks for replying, I checked for an air leak but can't find anything. Any other ideas?

did you have it up on a ramp and checked exhaust for a hole?

Hole in the exhaust wouldn’t cause high idle. It’s something on the intake side
