Can you post a link to these homes.
Do they comply with our building regulations or are they glorified garden sheds.

I was looking at this website avrame.com TRIO 75
Would they pass building regulations here ?

The link doesn’t provide anymore detail as to compliance with any regulations, what you do find is all sorts caveats

    - find a local builder, plumber, electrician, et all trades
    - who is home warrant/guarantee with? The guy who ships it over or the local builder erecting it?
    - The timber frame seems too skinny for current insulation regulations
    - materials would need to be checked carefully for Irish conditions.
    - Are all applicable materials CE marked? -

    - expect some difficult planners, given the shape/style, if this is going in the county/country side

Have you priced one delivered here.
Then added in the erection, first and second fix, adding in everything that’s required for building regulations?

This is all assuming you get through the planning process using one of their designs.
