Has anyone else noticed the planes leaving Dublin Airport in Formation?

Civil aircraft are meant to keep a minimum distance apart, are they not?

Jet aircraft leave a jetwash after them and if you don't give a certain amount of time for it to dissipate (a few minutes I think) the next plane that flies into it could lose control and potentially crash.
