New monitor advice.

I'm the market for a new panel, it will be shared between 2 game consoles (One X and PS4 Pro) and PC so looking at 4k. HDR not a factor as whats available now is way out of budget. Needs to be 27'' to fit my current set up and vesa mounts and needs 3.5mm out for speakers. Had my eye on this one…

I see these going for around 400 and review well.

PC is not used for gaming really but I'm wondering about a 1080p resolution on a 4k display there?
