Ordered the other day,got a text to collect from the store today, got home and opened the bag and the 50 euro pair of vans I ordered was some £10 pair of shoes I've never heard of placed inside of the box of vans

Ah crap! That's a balls. In my experience lifestyle are pretty good. I generally use them a bit because of next day delivery and the 15% discount mentioned above. I returned an online purchase before which I had used the 15% discount code. They refunded the purchase price + 15% only noticed it when I seen the transaction on Open 24. I'd say give them a buzz or call into them they'll sort you out.

Yeah I'm going to pop into them tomorrow, I just hope they don't think that I exchanged shoes or anything like that and put this crappy pair of shoes in the box. Hopefully everything will be ok when I head in tomorrow, will keep you all updated on my adventures!!! Thanks for the reply AS1890

I got a dispatch notification from Lifestyle on Monday evening, then an email from Nightline yesterday morning to say my Lifestyle sports parcel had been delivered. Just wondering has anyone had similar or should I be expecting another email from Lifestyle to say the order is ready for collection?

I got a text from the courier saying that my order arrived but if nightline sent you a message saying it's been delivered then I would presume it's in the store and ready to collect

Well I brought the shoes back, the staff were awesome as was the lady in customer service. Sadly,if I had wanted the vans shoes I would have to reorder from the site but now the codes have expired so I would have to pay full price. Oh well

No other email off Lifestyle, you're order is ready to be collected once you get the delivery notification off Nightline

I tried another few older codes there. They wouldn't work either. The code CT3ZAYMZN will probably work again soon. Just at a limit for now I'd say. It's been used for the last 3 - 4 years!

Ordered 3 pairs and only 2 arrived as one was out of stock...delivery was amazingly fast...I was offered that I could choose any other pair of runners on the site, up to 20% more expensive for no extra cost...can't get fairer than that.
