Replacement Flue for Heatline Boiler

I have been using the above boiler (Solaris 24/30PC Combination Boiler) for 4 years and have recently experienced continuous leaking from the appliance . My local plumber tells me that this is because the inner flue/gasket at the exit point has deteriorated and the condensate is leaking back into the appliance. He further tells me the only solution, short of purchasing a new boiler, is to replace the flue. As I am happy that the boiler is otherwise functioning well, I would like to hopefully obtain a replacement flue kit. Probably a long-shot , but does anybody know whether and where I might find one?
