Hey, She is from france. She has her business degree with masters ( innovation, project management ) and she knows 3 languages ( english, french, arabic ) fluently. She applied for jobs 3 weeks ago ( 15 job applications ). She got 3 rejects. Also she has 1.5 year work experience in large companies such as Channel. Do you think is it possible her finding a job in Dublin because its been 3 weeks and there are only 2 replies from companies. Thank you very much for responding in advance.

Keep an ear to the ground and apply apply apply.

With that experience, it won't be long before she starts getting interviews at least and the rest will be up to her during the interview.

There's a lot out there and an important thing to have are solid references so make sure she has them from Channel etc.
