    Hi there,

Does anyone know anywhere that would allow a Dog and a child in a 2 bedroom rental within the North Dublin/Swords area?

Looking for long term with a budget of circa é1,200 a month.

Please let me know any advice or contacts for this

Your budget is too low. There is one apartment in the entire city in your budget for a 2-bed on Daft, let alone considering trying to convince the landlord to rent to you with a dog and child.

1,200 will not get you a 2 Bed in Swords. It probably would not get a 1 Bed either. I dont think a child is too much of an impact on your ability to get a tenancy - some landlords may see a child as a sign there will be less parties etc. and that may be a positive. The dog is a massive problem. In a very crowded market, a dog is a restriction that will make securing a place next to impossible. Good luck.
