Anyone ever buy these? They seem to be the cheapest on-line.
€65 for box of 10 (2.75" copper rings)
I use brass. I find them to last longer that copper. I saw a steel ring to pull right through a bulls nose once so i don't like to use them for that reason myself
Stronger. Harder. Cheaper.
Surely the bulls nose would give before any metal ring, the fact it was a steel ring was a coincidence I'd have thought.
The screw in the copper ring is very soft, so I'd imagine it would break easy enough.
I've had plenty copper and brass rings break
i have used all and agree with you. steel might look pretty but could do lot of harm
