My little one had a verruca frozen today in GP today. I was charged €45 for this even though we were told a few weeks ago that if it needed to be frozen that it would be covered by the GP card. Does anyone have experience of the card covering procedures like this? It kinda sticks in my craw a bit.

    Doesn't cover proceedures , unfortunately

The under 6s GP visit card covers:

    free GP visits
assessments at age 2 and 5
    GP home visits
    out-of-hours urgent GP care
    care for children with asthma
