Still waiting and waiting and waiting for a pre-pay card

    We first contacted Electric Ireland 6 November 2017 when we moved in. We were given our pre-pay number and promised a card by post. I have since contacted you several times and have received more empty promises. The last email from your side was dated 22 February with a promise of a card in 3 to 5 working days. Apparently someone down the line of command is not getting the message, as it seems impossible for this issue to have fallen through the cracks on so many occasions. Is it carelessness or is an employee consistently dropping the ball.
