Has anyone ever bought a smartphone from a 3rd party seller on Amazon? I'm not sure about the warranty for items from 3rd party sellers, is there a guaranteed warranty period in case a fault develops with a new phone bought from a seller? Or does it depend on the seller's T&Cs? I can't seem to find the terms for individual…

I'm not sure about the warranty for items from 3rd party sellers, is there a guaranteed warranty period in case a fault develops with a new phone bought from a seller? Or does it depend on the seller's T&Cs?
I can't seem to find the terms for individual sellers, so I'm a bit confused on how this would be handled...
