How to get Garda vetting to work overseas

I have applied for a job overseas that will require garda vetting. Looking at the garda vetting website, individuals cannot apply, the organisation must issue you with an invite for e-vetting. How does this work for an organisation that is not Irish? I did find one page where an organisation can apply for garda vetting…

How does this work for an organisation that is not Irish? I did find one page where an organisation can apply for garda vetting (must do it in writing!) but it's not clear if this also applies to organisations outside Ireland. Any help or recent experience with this would be great.
