I recently achieved my Bachelor of Arts in digital media. I enjoyed my course and I believe I have what it takes to make a career out of it.

The problem is I can't find work in Ireland, I can't even get an internship. There must be something seriously wrong in this sector in Ireland.

Just wondering what countries are big into digital media?

I don't want to move country but I may have no other option.

    Every country does including Ireland.

What kind of jobs are you looking for and where are you looking for them?

What exactly is a career in digital media? I. E. What can you do with such a degree?

It sounds like a course invented with no actual purpose.

I don't know if I'd call Digital Media a career. I did a course in Multimedia which is what these type of courses were called at the times and was a mix of computer science and media studies with a few extra modules thrown in.
Most people in the course that I knew went into Graphic Design, Marketing or IT. Though in most cases the jobs were got were because of self thought skills and internship and didn't have much to do with the course.
