DOE - Airbag/Service Light

07 Renault Master is due a DOE, the service light and airbag light come on every so often together, have had it scanned, showed up nothing.
Checked all the connections under the seats and had the service light re-set in the event a previous owner/mechanic had wired one to the other but it looks clear. Still popping on from time to time.

Is this a DOE fail? Been to two garages, neither can solve it.

If the airbag light is coming on there will be a code. Find someone with a better scantool. The spanner light automatically comes on with any electrical issues, fix the airbag problem and that will go too

See, it's not been showing any codes as it seems to be coming on with the service light, they both come up and go off together. Would it be a minor short somewhere?

What diagnostics are they using? Not every one will show the codes. Yes by design they come on together

On nearly all Renata, both lights will come on together with an airbag fault.

Only decent scanners will give airbag codes, the full scan will include all intermittent codes too
