Hi everyone. I am new to Boards, so please excuse me if this is not the correct place to post this.

I am currently doing some research in UL on a project known as the OPTM study (Online Psychological Treatments for low Mood). We are always looking for people to participate in research, if anyone is interested.

    **30 spaces left**

    What is involved?
    • The OPTM study offers a FREE, confidential, self-paced, online, skill-building programme based on psychological principles.
    • Completed over 5 consecutive weeks in your own time.
    • Brief evaluation at beginning and end of programme with one follow-up. This will help us better understand how the online programme affects your mood and everyday activities. All information is kept entirely confidential. These evaluations are important so that we can ensure that the online skill-building programme is effective and helpful for you and other users.

    Why get involved?
    • With a series of easy-to-follow modules, you will learn simple and practical skills to help manage feelings of stress, worry, low mood, and how to cope with everyday challenges.
    • Skill-building is key to a lasting change and becoming your own expert on positive mental health promotion.

    Interested in getting involved?
Visit our website to register your interest. As I am a new user, it will not allow me to post a link to the website. However, if you put "OPTMstudy" through a search engine, our Twitter page should be shown in the results. Our website link can be found on the Twitter page (@UL_OPTM_study).

    Thanks,

    Elayne

I attempted to enter my name and email to register interest but after doing so, got a blank pop up with 3 geometrical shapes. So have no idea if my details were successfully sent or not.
