credit card debt

    I have a family member that can't afford to pay back there full credit card debt. What can ye do to help them out?

    Hi cena,

    Thanks for your message.

    I'd ask your family member to either call our credit card section directly on 0818 251 251 or set an appointment with an adviser in their local branch. Either staff member would be able to look into their accounts and see what options would be available to them with this debt.

    I've given a link here that can be used to arrange an appointment in any branch of Bank of Ireland.
