Water Refund issue

    Hi there,

    Wondering if a rep can look into this for me. After numerous phone calls between myself, Irish Water and my previous landlord, I have been unable to get the IW refund due to me. Predictably, IW suggested I speak with my landlord about the refund and vice versa. Finally, I was able to get the landlord to confirm that no refund was sent to them by IW for the monies paid and I have that in writing. I've spent a considerable amount of time on the phone over this, and wondered if a rep on here could look into it, to give me something concrete other than landlord/IW tennis so I can move forward with it. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
