Trying without luck to upgrade to a bundle with EIR

    Hello, ive been trying to upgrade to a home broadband/mobile bundle and get a new handset for the last 2 hours and keep getting passed from department to department and getting disconnected, I have a 30 day sim only mobile contract with ye (ex meteor) and wish to port over my home broadband from Vodafone, one of your reps, Dylan was very helpful but after speaking with him its all gone bottoms up.
