    I have been reading these days about marinade techniques, and what to use.
    The principles are:

    1 part of fat
    1 part of acid
    1 part of flavour

    I have been playing with different combinations and different percentages of fat/acid/flavour, and i would love everyone of you could share their recipe or thoughts about it.
