    Hi sullydublin,

Thanks for getting in touch with us today.

The notice period for a cancellation is a 30 days period. The cancellation team on 1901 will be able to process this and advise you on all.

    Thanks

Would advise cancelling in writing and ensuring you keep proof of postage / sent mail etc.  Too many of us here go though weeks / months of online / verbal cancellations not being actioned or acknowledged.  The Loyalty outfit get the blame for this, but as problems then continue through to ongoing bills well after the cancellation, it would appear to be a company wide-plot or gross incompetence.
