Windscreen wipers fuse - Volvo v70

    Hi, just wondering if anyone knows how to access the lower fuse compartment in the engine of the Volvo v70? The wipers stopped working yesterday and I'm hoping it's just the fuse. According to the manual the fuse for wipers is under the main fuse compartment but I can't see how to remove it. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated, thanks!
