Making a club calendar - Advice

    I've made a club calendar using Google Calendar and I'm not happy with the outcome.

    I want a calendar that club members can see, and add events to, it's a MTB club so a couple of lads are sorting spins, but also build days and days away.

    I have added everyone's email address and set permissions to edit, but some cannot see it, some cannot edit, in general it seems to not be very user friendly, possibly because not everyone has a Google account.

    Does any other club member here have such a setup that works?
