Hive login problem

    Hi, I can't login to my Hive App on my Android phone.My tablet logs in without issue. The error says, "sorry we are experiencing some local data issue. Can you refresh you local data.

    Any advice.I've tried reinstalling the app oh my phone

    My tablet isn't working either and the Hub only has one green LED flashing (top)

    LED should be a solid green, best to call tech support 1850680680 (they are open 7 days), sounds like your hub is offline for some reason.
    In the meantime, try powering it off, and back on after about a minute, and allow it to reconnect (takes a few minutes) also ensure your internet is working.

    Even when offline, you can still operate your heating from the Hive Stat in the house
