The Dell has an SSD which will make it way faster to boot up and when using applications. That's why I'd chose that one, otherwise from a tech spec perspective they're almost identical, Lenovo has a slightly faster processor but nothing significant.

But it's probably worth finding reviews which mention things like screen quality and battery life.
