    Hi folks,

I decided to start my career in CViT. I have years of experience in commercial security and some retail. Im qualified CPO(Close protection Operative)first aider, fire warden, many years experience in martial arts and member of Irish Reserve Defense Forces. (1st Infantry battalion)

Im in progress of getting my cat. C driving licence. I thought about completing Security Driving course to stand out and have better chance to get employed.

The question is-would it make a difference? What recruiting companies value most when on the look out for new CViT employees?

    Thanks a mil in advance,
    Kind Regards
