Mechanic has told me my washer bottle is leaking.didn't say how bad it was but just wondering if that is something they would notice in my nct test in the morning and is it something they fail it on

Just fill it up before you go in. Once it sprays you are ok

Then get a new bottle as it is actually useful to have one

If you haven't noticed yourself then nct won't really pick up on it.
Even if they do it will probably just be an advisory or a free retest.
    As said, fill it up.
