LSR conundrum

Training for Manchester marathon next month (3rd marathon and 2nd time doing Manchester).

Since beginning of January have averaged 65-70km per week. 5 runs a week and up to 20 miles on my LSR and my last LSR is next weekend at 23miles. On Sunday I am entered into a 20mile event.

Went back to track speedwork Wednesday night after 5 weeks off speedwork and it was a fast one- my calves are killing my today with lactic acid. Even brought my foam roller to work.

    Here's my conundrum: -

Do I skip my usual 20-25km run tonight and save it for Sunday?

But I am freaking out at the idea of not getting my run in tonight which means (assuming a successful 20 mile on Sunday) I will only have done 51k for the week.

Ordinarily I have no issue doing 20-25k on Friday and then a 28-32km on Sunday. Monday is a 8-9km recovery run.
