Book depository Delivery

    Hi guys, I ordered an item off Bookdepository on the 18th February, dispatched 20th February. I was expecting it in 4-6 business days as indicated. However, the snow storm came so understandably, a delay was expected (around 5 more days as they said). Still no sign of it, and I'm a bit worried. Contacted them and they really can't do much as it's standard post and no tracking is provided. Anyone ordered recently and have the same problem? Is there anything I can do other than wait? Or contact AnPost? I would've thought Bookdepository was reliable enough, but I guess that's part of the free delivery limitations. Would appreciate any help/advice.

    Any sign of your book since posting the above?
    I have a similar situation for a book dispatched nearly three weeks ago. I made allowances for the storm but starting to wonder now...

    Still no sign of it whatsoever. Have contacted Bookdepository and got a refund.
