Just new on the board, just wondering am I the only one that has had a problem with <SNIP> fitting and repairing the kitchen they fitted for me..It has been going on now for 3 years and my heart is broken from them. Maybe I am the only one and it was just my bad luck but just to let you know I was crying on the last phone call an they were laughing.Customer service isn’t what you call excellent.

What sort of problems are you having?

Have you got a quote from another fitters to fix/repair any of the work?

Have you sent an official complaint?

I had issues with them previously. Took them to task fairly quickly and had it resolved.

    Very simply resolved.

Get a quote from a competent person / firm to correct the issue.

    Make sure it's under €2k

    Take small claims court case.

How does that help if the cost is actually over €2k?
