I have a 680a 74ah 12v car battery. I’m wondering does anyone have know a cheapish battery charger to get for it. Not looking to break the bank as it won’t be used all that often. Thanks

Halfords have a charger for €36.

I got a smart charger in Aldi a few years ago, its been used countless times on the ride on mower and cars in that time, think it was around €20. If your in no rush hang on till Aldi/Lidl have their car stuff in again as they both sell them.

Sorry about this but it says it does for cars up to 1.8l. Does engine size really make a difference as I have the same battery in a 1.5 diesel and a 3 litre petrol. Not in much of a rush can hold out till may for Aldi or get something different if they haven’t done them by then.

Don't worry too much about the size. It will be fine.
