    Hi All,

My Virgin broadband stopped working lastnight, I've checked all cables and everything is seated secure and tight, tried replacing the coax to a brand new one. Tried a factory reset but no luck.

When I log into the router it says 'US ranging'. I can see under cable modem status it has acquired it's downstream but the upstream has failed.

The provisioning state says 'US ranging'. It also hasn't acquired an IP address. I work with routers etc every day so I'm confident I haven't missed anything basic.

Anyone had this issue? Virgin will be out Monday but I would rather not wait if I can sort myself.
