With jobs scare on the ground in certain areas, bullying and exploiting of workers has risen in recent years
Is it right that a company can make a settlement and demand a non-disclosure clause...really it is hiding the true amount of crap that goes on.
Would it be a good thing that any company involved in any abuse of employment laws should register all settlements, with certain restrictions in place...more to do with recording correct data.

People are adults and can make rational choices about signing a NDA or not. Its nobody elses business whether they do or not.

It would be very damaging to the employee and discourage people from seeking recourse if their details had to be registered. The NDA works both ways (if you've a decent solicitor).

What I mean is that they can keep the NDA, but it should be registered... maybe by CSO or similar maybe named by industry/ service type
