I see this place in the UK do them https://tradeaccesspanels.co.uk/access-panels/plasterboard-door-access-panels/easy-install-flipfix-fire-rated-plasterboard-door . They don't seem to be insulated, but they do bespoke ones so I assume you can get them insulated https://tradeaccesspanels.co.uk/access-panels/bespoke-access-panels/bespoke-access-panel
