Misplaced drivers licence. where else could I get the no and reference?

    No idea where to post this , sorry. I need to submit my licence details on an application form and can't put my finger on my licence! It's a bit urgent - deadline. Is there anyway of getting it? Is there any other form I might have been asked to submit these details I could have somewhere? I can;t think. Brain freeze cos shocked I can't locate it!!
