Sky broad band not working and sky q channels all mixed up

Anyone any suggestions other than what the settings on the sky q are telling me to do, . . . My broad band says there is no connection, only in 4 weeks. . And sky q channels are all mixed up , no rte or irish channels. . Just paid bill by direct debit yesterday and waited over 1 hour on hold to be told both are closed,

I presume you have tried already turning everything off and back on again?

I have, I've done everything, even the sky mini box is all jumbled with the channels also, but 5 weeks ago I had this problem with the channels and a nice girl from sky gave me a code to enter and it solved the channel problem, at this stage we had not joined sky broadband
