No worries the burner doesnt turn on at all?Theres a small little valve in the burner that controls the oil flow at least on my mams one there is could that have gone ?

Unless you have the correct equipment you should not attempt to adjust the oil pressure settings on the burner as this can very easily lead to very high levels of carbon monoxide.

Asking the obvious question, is there enough fuel in the tank?

Maybe try a kettle of warm water on the oil pipe from the tank to the burner?

Did put some on part of pipe i cud see. In pic attached.

Fried reset bit more. Nearly fired once.. smelling bit ao dont want overdo.

Might wait till morning. More thawing might help.

I'm wondering did the burner run without any oil getting to it? Assuming it's thawed sufficiently, I'd chance bleeding it, if you remove the outer cover theres a bleed valve that can be opened with an allen key, what you need to do is open it fully without removing the screw, long press the reset button, and get ready to listen for the burner to fire, once it does you need to close the screw fairly quickly. Don't forget to hold a cloth over the valve to soak up the oil that it lets out.

I'm going to disclaimer this by saying it's what i suspect, but it may not be the issue. Also it may need to be tried more than once to keep firing.

    Another pic(had to shrink).

Def smoke coming out around reset button when tried which is worrying. Really cant afford a broken burner now :(

Smoke may not be a good sign, it would probably be better to get someone who knows what they are looking at to take a look and ensure it is safe.

Check oil getting to the burner pump by opening this screw by a couple of turns only, no need to remove it, allow oil to ooze out without bubbles for a couple of seconds and close it again.
Make sure to have something to catch the oil and dispose of it correctly.

It may be a dirty / faulty photocell.
