The pop up window never finishes loading.
IS there a status page for personal customers ?

    Hi kiki,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

We're unsure what pop up you are referring to. Can you please advise us where you are trying to log in? Are you clicking on the link for 365 Online on our main website www.bankofireland.com ?

    Thanks,
    Sarah

Yes - On the main website if I press the button for "Login to 365 Online" at top of page it opens a new tab with the following as the URL

    https://www.365online.com/online365/spring/authentication?execution=e1s1

And then it times out, Firefox then displays

    The connection has timed out

"The server at www.365online.com is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Problem must exist on our broadband or LAN - If I use a VPN service to outside world - page loads
You can close the issue (it must be internal to our office LAN system) .. strange indeed
