Strange AnPost tracking: "Item forwarded to"... What does that mean?

I checked the status of something coming from Spain and it just says "Item Forwarded To". And nothing else. That was last updated on March 1st. I guess it's probably delayed due to the backlog after storm emma. But what does that status mean? Never seen it before.
