Unlock code and porting

    Hi There, 

    I transferred my husbands phone over to my Eir bundled account (He was out of contract this month and have paid final bill) 

    I ordered him a bill pay phone with Eir and when i try to port the number online the sim card number that came with the phone is invalid. 

    Also need to request the unlock code for his previous phone which is now out of contract. 

    Have tried calling but keep getting put on hold for 45 minutes + and the the line goes dead. 

    can you help?

    Hey Thomas, 

    Sent you PMs yesterday and today and nothing back - can you please take a look ASAP? 

    I was charged this morning for a service i had cancelled as the number hadnt ported yet so i am paying Eir twice for the same service which I presume will be refunded!
